Why oh why do they need to try to keep everything the exact same this year? We are in a pandemic. We cannot do it all remotely. 🤯 The federal government need to be more lenient on due dates, data, testing and IEP stuff.

TO which I replied:

Wow! Interesting alternative reality where THAT question must have been spawned. Only based on observations of Betsy deVos being(?) " on the job" for public education do I conclude de Vos would rather see the questioner and whoever else " being negative" (her language, not mine), dead and replaced with someone who will just " stop whining and teach until you drop". Over 200K probably preventable deaths and you actually now expect the government the GOP has just about destroyed to save the day....Okay questioner, admit it, you were just kidding, right?!?

SCENE 2:

Darkest before WHAT? WHEN? WHO? HOW? WHERE? WHY?

Someone made a lame attempt at Trump humor. Since I stopped laughing at Trump the day he was allowed to become a candidate for POTUS, I still cannot bring myself to laugh. But I do find something to think and write about.

Good Saturday evening FB folks! Yes, sadly this is what happens when a craven and cruel political party decides to exploit an idiot savant who has been raised with a lifetime of being positively reinforced and financially rewarded so that he would "appear"/ perform as America’s Brightest and Best "see, White is Right, Again! CANDIDATE FOR POTUS”. By energizing an almost universal fear and loathing, ignorance and terror of a demonized, disrespected, and drug/alcohol-saturated , drunk with the "wine" of the world majority ( all non- white people) and ( mostly all white people consciously and subconsciously)nurtured in centuries of intelligence, mendacity, premeditation, aggressive passivity, homophobia, misogyny, and pedophilia, Donald J. Trump became 45th President of the United States of America. To distract the nation from that HORROR(!), powerful and well-financed mostly privileged women staged a protest of genuine righteous indignation and trauma- appropriate terror to distract us from the early days of “POTUS45: A 4 YEAR Passion Play”. What could have been a stereotype-shattering example of a severely disabled adult with persistent and perseverating attention-seeking-inappropriate behaviors succeeding with a team of one-to-one support and family intervention became a train-wreck-cum-non-orgasm-producing assault on a once- viable empire.

All that being my POV/ truth, if you hold such beliefs, we mostly are steadying ourselves for an adrenaline- fueled convulsive and spasmodic season of change, with no unified response to the absolutely proven effective and life saving practice of wearing masks in public spaces. Education, medicine, law, scientists not science, and religious leaders and guilds/ sects/ spiritualities have failed human beings and nature’s ecological systems. How? Mostly, stunningly and powerfully through their silence. JUST like in my first pandemic , HIV/AIDS, SILENCE STILL EQUALS DEATH.

If 100% of all groups encouraged, funded, tacitly supported, rewarded or praised DJT for horrible performances and disastrous outcomes, 85% of Americans actively refuse to acknowledge anything has gone wrong, meanwhile, only 15% can be reliably expected to speak up and- or- out about the precarious situation we find ourselves in tonight in the USA.
