1.) You would save many minority applicants the time and sincere effort of applying for positions in workplaces as sick as their secrets. Racism and prejudice kills innocent people every day in the USA. Also, all employers get Federal dollars and perks for documenting POC applicants--- whether or not they actually hire or retain any.

2.) Having been a minority voice in white — owned and operated corporate and non-profit/ not-for-profit organizations all my working life, my conclusion is that racism-complicit-in-silent-acquiescence pink-skinned folks empower these organizations to provide subpar and incomplete and thus harmful service to the people they are often more than adequately funded to serve.

3. Any agency that actually achieves its social- improvement goals will attract donors simply with testimonies and changed lives of the people they successfully help. They are in jeopardy before they ever have to recruit and hire folks like you anyway with false fronts as you describe in your article.

If you and the over 3K clappers shut down 30 of these types of fake- helpers, maybe we can survive .
