Dear Carl J. Petersen: I submit that the answer to your question is also the answer to these questions:

.) Why was I required to assess students I had never taught and complete their IEPs after my first 30 minutes of employment on 9.18.2018?

.) Why was I hired so rapidly?

.) Why was I not fully compensated for 100% of my verified doctoral level academic experience?

.) Why did it take 18 months to be granted an ADA compliant workplace accommodation that cost the employer nothing?

.) Why was I given no choice except to work during a UTLA Strike?

.) Why was I given only a partial refund of dues that by law should never have been solicited or deducted from my barely above median pay?

.) What were other male educators with less education and experience paid in their first year?

.) Why did I ever have to request compensation for professional development trainings I Attended?

.) Why was my room intentionally shorted on iPADS?

.) Why was my in-class drinking fountain the only one disconnected due to lead pipe integrity issues? With parents notified weeks after the fact.
