Frankly and unfortunately, I find most informative, reflective, and honest journalism from left-of-center investigative journalists with news shows ( I do not like the term news shows; but as long as they practice integrity I am happy to take issue with characterizing news as "shows".) I have always thought of Mr. Smith as a professional provocateur-- nothing more and nothing less.
