From my POV, just mentioning QE II in the Rudyard Kipling piece makes a historical connection to Colonizers Extraordinaire, the United Kingdom, under its longest ruling monarch, if memory serves. She apparently and independently (as might have still been possible when she had her Coronation) hired tutors early in her reign after realizing how little she had been prepared to be Queen. From my perspective, this hiring confirms she was a lifelong learner who could have made many different choices at critical points in time, most remarkably, when the mother of her two most globally-loved grandchildren was killed in a horrible swarming of foreign press. So, I am still looking forward to what I ( and perhaps only me) would call BONUS CONTENT.
