What is the mindset of someone starting off a celebratory day with such bizzare veiled threats? He started his day in aggression and hostility. This sounds like a coke fiend going to a Goth Rave dressed in "Black-tie Drag" against his will(?)
If he were my child*, I would have confronted him on choice of words and tone. If/ when the next statements following violent behavior were more bizzare that the "hostile Sunday opener(s)", I would have consulted a licensed MH provider and communicated immediate hospitalization for a health emergency-- (regrets to the OSCARS). He could have gotten such a career boost for "being such a trooper". Jada would have been the Queen of all Black Female Heroines. The Pinkett Smith children could have accepted the Oscar with Mom and Dad live from his hospital room. In the aftermath week, the story would have brought much needed global attention to COVID19 FATIGUE, and the global crisis in socioemotional hygiene/ the need for universal wellness care/ the courage and family support that allow the sufferer to finally seek diagnosis and treatment.
Why did he wake up putting angry threatening thoughts into words?

*- But there was no such intervention for Will.
