WAR WITH real guns and weapons of individual combat and or mass destruction only have positive and harmless out comes in science fiction and fantasy literature, and mass media. Such wars where the weapons are real only bring death and destruction of nature and social structure to Homo sapiens. The trauma impacts everyone, whether or noth they are on the battlefields/remote drone bunkers, and or miles and or continents away from battlefields.

All that being said, only elected and or appointed executive -level Homo sapiens and their immediate families should have to actually engage in warfare. To be clear, this will include the entire US Congress and the all SCOTUS judges and their families. This new law that every sovereign Nation State should enact and strictly enforce, will hopefully serve to disincentivize all wars on Planet Earth or off-worlds inhabited by any sentient beings. Once those resources are exhausted and their generational wealth is vaporized, peace negotiations must begin.
