AMERICA, Who can we Call To STOP AND TREAT Our National Mental Hygiene Crisis?

Dear Dr. J. S., I am persuaded that there is a deadly and debilitating mental hygiene crisis in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and many other states. As a matter of fact, another writer who’s work I respect on Medium.com, @William Spivey, recently published an essay asking if American racism ( not the issue for these hospital workers, but I am sure for POC put at risk by their shenanigans) had reached herd immunity before Thanksgiving 2019, the last major holiday before COVID19 began its Death March Across America.

How will, when will the USA medical community acknowledge what the American Psychological Association has debated for the past 40 years-- I.e., whether or not racism is a viral disorder that needs intervention, diagnosis and treatment? Or perhaps, the cohort of white male American Sociopaths documented in Bruce Gibney's "A Generation of Sociopaths: How The Baby Boomers Betrayed America, has spawned a new viral variant on the current DSM-V diagnostic profile for sociopathology?

Perhaps we need to be having a national conversation on our national twin dis-ease vectors-- racism and sociopathy. How much further forward can America go with zero treatment of OUR ORIGINAL and UNIQUE in America mental health crisis? How many more must we watch suffering...and putting all lives at risk every minute of every day?
