Pages 407–409 of “KING”, JONATHAN EIG’S new REV. DR. MLK, JR. BIOGRAPHY HAS INTENTIONAL ERRORS MADE BY R.D.M.L.K.Jr, to wit:

On page 408, paragraph five, lines five through eight, after invoking ‘the eighth-century prophets, “thus saith the Lord (God)”, the “Apostle Paul”…’decided to…carry the gospel of Jesus Christ, Dr. King states “I am compelled to carry the gospel of freedom* everywhere men are oppressed”. This mostly unnoticed rhetoric gets him ‘off the proverbial hook’ and or ‘safely out from under the sword of Damocles’ that would have been the logical consequence of acknowledging ‘Quaecumque Sunt Vera’, ie, ‘Whatsoever things were true’ about his tape-and-videorecorded extramarital sexual expressions.

**-As it happens, the gospel of freedom is the title of a 2013 MLK Jr.-related book some might want to read this summer.

This was and still is not ever considered as the ‘self harming’ gender violence that impacted(still impacts) him, his wife, all the ‘other women’, and most notably, his entire inner circle in the perennial fight for civil rights for all in the USA and around the world today.
