The conversation, which conveniently was likely not recorded by kp.org (goes to plausible deniability) was 49 minutes and 16 seconds long, so Dr. Neil Edward Paterson, MD, an emigre from Scotland, United Kingdom (a.k.a. “Ship of Fools” (see British film of same name, or order the dvd from Amazon Prime(?)), Dr. N.E. Paterson, MD had the audacity, arrogance, and pride in his breeding, education, social status(?) and scope-of-practice to basically argue with me, the long-time client of KaiserHealthcare, about the veracity and clinical significance of the series (launched from Sadie Mae Nickerson Thompson Walker-NICKERSON’S fertile womb on Wednesday May 13, 1959 at 4:30 am at Lewis Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, USA) of demonstrably remarkable, unique, and unfortunate events that has been the author’s Uniquely American Life.
WOW! OH-MY-FLIPPING-G.O.D., GOG, AND MAGOG! The nerve of such a royal Clydesdale’s derrière; if his “thick” headshot and bio on K.P. Org (viewable only by member’s of the best HMO for Internal Medicine that my little slice of the known world has ever known) is to be believed. All that and he was 30 minutes late by my reckoning, since kp.org always has us logging in 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled call. Sadly, tragically, and quite maddeningly, some things with what passes for healthcare in the Southern California Kaiser Healthcare Protectorate never change. Patient client’s still waste an inordinate and still unacceptable amount of time for American Psychiatrists who only exist to push pills and other psychotropic medications, then see each client at 60 to 90 day intervals to “monitor” medications. This is an absolutely, criminal-and-needlessly-cruel “standard of care”. I will explain why this is particularly true from my POV in a moment.
But I digress, as I am wont to do, but always for a singular sensational porpoise, so to speak the pidgin of a Black mug (i.e., “just a regular GUY-o but NOT ever “doing it” for any Russian or Ukrainian doll, ever.) Honestly, all they appear to want to do these days is get paid in USD to argue, fuss, fight, kill, maim, and destroy each other. Now, let me be Kristallnacht* and daytime clear, the World should give both parties the absolute freedom to vaporize each other since they argue their centuries of constant conflict are necessary, BUT, without use of nuclear weapons because those puppies are toxic for anyone coming in contact with the radium from which they draw their heat and light, if memory serves. Or just watch the 1953 feature film, “The Magnetic Monster” on Amazon Prime. Or just look at any post Mortem documentary from Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, PA, and or Fukushima, Japan**
Okay, now I will return to the nauseatingly curious case of Herr Docktor Paterson. I want my dear friend and Psychoanalyst-cum-fabulous painter-in-residence-in-retirement Dr. Flynn, PhD (of Irish heritage) to explain how his ancestors’ mortal enemy’s offspring can, with a straight(?) face and or crooked smile(?) in anything less than, oh, let’s say for kicks and giggles, one full year of research, observation, and study of the history of just my biological/genetic PanAfricanAmerican forebears, accurately apply DSM-V diagnostic criteria and offer the prescribe Abilify, a psychotrophic medication with side effects that would potentially magnify what he presumed from a voice-only clinical presentation was his stereotypical angry-black-male, 63 years of age? The noted active Veteran and former(?) CIA operative Malcolm Nance would likely conclude Dr. Neil Edward Paterson’s tone as exemplar of his latest book title “ THEY(!) WANT(!) to KILL AMERICANS(!) [EMPHASIS MINE]. AND I TOO, unlike my UK-emigre-and-potential-stud-muffin to a salacious and constantly salivating OG-MC female So Cal population, AM AN AMERICAN BY BIRTHRIGHT, 5TH OR 6TH GENERATION, IF MEMORY SERVES. So, as the universally beloved and respected Noam Chomsky, PhD is fond of asking,”For whom, for what, and to what end does Dr. Neil Edward Paterson, MD continue to practice, actually, medicine or medical malpractice?” I say, let my readers and www.VEGEradio.com audience and my aspirational colleagues at Democracy NOW! Please let this be a reminder that Mr. Nickerson hardly ever plays — but he is totally a pun-loving, fun-obsessed, winsome, warm, and engaging Exceptionally Gifted Exceptional Educator of only ALL the EXCEPTIONALLY-ABLED.
Logical Consequence, since extant courts and CA/AMA governance and regulatory bodies would vigorously defend their leader and her team-player’s behaviors as all nice and legal, would be as follows: $600.00/hr (USD) for 10 days of a client waiting ONLY TO BE REBUFFED, gaslighted(?) and Profoundly Disappointed for his fourth and final attempt prior to a demand for an immediate remote hearing from the Sovereign State of California’s Administrative Law Judge= $6,000.00 and whatever else the Judge deems fair and equitable. Deposited to Plaintiff’s ZELLE no later than Midnight(PDST), Tuesday, October 4, 2022. This alone would allow me to settle a current matter 22VEUD00854 as originally filed with Defendant’s reply, sign a new lease for the current rent-controlled rent and actually use the Section 8 voucher for 100% of defendant’s rent and apartment-specific(?) utilities for June 2022 to current month and following months. I could also then actually be fully assessed, accurately and professionally diagnosed, and begin non-BigPharma treatment as originally intended. So there, OLD SCrOTUmuS MAXIMUS’S, take that(!) as the female dog slaps y’all so richly deserve (except most of the actual Homo sapien females; I would never ever dream of slapping a BIPOC female and or NU Law school graduate)!
