ISSUE #1: Elections across the USA are still too close to call.

A possible resolution: Let the 2 top vote getters form coalition governments. In the case of US Congressional and State Assembly races, begin mediated conversations about job sharing. SUCH SHARING would require both of the tope 2 vote-getters to reach consensus in order to represent 100% of the electorate. Are the issues raised during the campaigns really manageable with one and only one set of solutions? In Los Angeles City, for example, where LAHSA returned money to the HUD rather than negotiate and agreement, ratified by a bicameral US Congress, that would have kept the funds in Los Angeles to keep individuals and families housed or expedite the build of new housing, two areas where both sides agree will keep the greatest number of people from adding to the ranks of the homeless. How about providing assistance to struggling property owners who cannot seem to retain good property managers or keep up regular maintenance of water heaters in individual apartments? In Los Angeles, it turns out that failure to do this relatively simple task could have prevented me being exposed to unsafe levels of bacteria in tap water that occur when there are not enough water users in an apartment and the units have no dishwashers and washing machines in each unit to compensate for the inability of single renters to use enough tap…
