My Hero Who Fixes System Chats with USC Law school Grad Kevin Hermansen, Esq. KH. Esq., who oversees the work of the attorneys who contract with Basta Law has stated that my “case” is ideal for a civil suit. The catch-22 is 22VEUD00854 is not a civil case. Additionally, Mr. Hermansen is the third attorney with Basta Law who assures me that he has known Charles Zachary Stein outside of the Van Nuys Courthouse East. Frankly, that makes sense; it also opens up a myriad of opportunities for an experienced attorney to consort with another powerful and experienced attorney who is a full partner in his own law firm, if only to inquire about potential new hires and or openings at Davidovich/Stein, LLP. Additionally, since all the attorneys on both sides of my case are Jewish in Los Angeles City and County, they all I am sure. Would have myriad of opportunities for social and civic engagement in the Los Angeles/Hollywood/SanFernando/Santa Monica/Malibu/Central LA ?WestLA/Brentwood/ metroplex. So, with all due respect to one of the most highly networked observant/secular minority-majority cultures in the USA since its founding, I need a non-Jewish/ attorney.
Update 3:30 pm PACIFIC. Wow I have an attorney with no cultural identifiers/markers who remarkably did not try to assure me of anything because , he “Knows” Charles Zachary Stein. Another ‘plus’: I do not think they live in LA County. We’ll keep folks posted today. Meanwhile, it appears my 2022 Holiday Season of Light just got really more hectic than it has been thus far; time alone will tell. In the meantime, as soon as I achieve my Life Expectancy Funding Goals, I can get back to my work-life. That will be a marvelous, glorious, start to plan my first real vacation/family truth-and-reconciliation road trip in many years! It will, of course, have a significant virtual component, naturally!
