Obscene Law School Shenanigans On Multiple Levels in June 2021

Predominately white wealthy and elite law schools are paying admitted students a minimum of $30,000 to take a Gap year and defer their admission. Students, smart and highly motivated who had more time to study during lockdown did better than ever(!?!?) on a modified 100% online LSAT.

THIS all occurs in an environment where we already know the 1%ers pay people to take and pass standardized tests for them. ( Varsity Blues sting) So it is reasonable to make several pertinent presumptions:
The law schools set up a testing and admissions schema that was designed to result in a guaranteed pool of students distributed consistently over the next 14 - 28 years. More amazing to me, they had the funds to pay people not to get law degrees.

They are doing all this when litigation may be only way to restore our democratic republic. They are "fixing" the game to guarantee their profitable existence and create a scarcity of low cost to pro bono skilled attorneys ahead of a sustained period of high demand.

I would love for my lawyer FB peeps to provide me with some different and valid points of view supported by present realities.
