Perhaps not surprisingly, its been a similar situation for me in LosAngeles, CA city and suburban areas since March 2016. Ironically being perpetually 'assualted' for being ( Black, gay male, who will be 65 in a matter of weeks, who believes in spiritual things and has become an unpaid volunteer in advocating for A WORLD THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE) -- and residency in new mixed use/ mixed populations ( older singles with disabilities, and young families with k-12 aged children) has done wonders-- well that and "nesting" in a home NOT on wheels. 🌈🖖👍☮️🌍🌎🌏
