PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF ECONOMIC SEGREGATION IN THE LOS ANGELES UNIFED SCHOOL DISTRICT.

IN LAUSD THE MOST ECONOMICALLY SEGREGATED PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT_CHARTER SCHOOLS ARE MOST NEEDED IN THE AREAS WITH LEAST DOLLARS FOR EDUCATION-IN 2023_A SOLVEABLE PROBLEM_WITH BETTER LEADERSHIP. It is tragically obvious from this map that school financing and accountability for high quality collaborative instructional engagement must be a shared responsibility for all of geographic LOS ANGELES. For starters, why aren't those who commute into these neighborhoods to teach also living in these neighborhoods-- and why are there no permanent housing financing incentives for those who can no longer be expected to wait for the redistribution of wealth to start at LA CITY HALL and radiate evenly 360 degrees from where the checks are cut? As for the PanAfrican American entertainment and pastoral care Industries, why have they not begun dialy advocacy for the people who make up the overwhleming majority of their fanbase/audience? Conversely, why are any Los Angeles residents supporting people who refuse to financially, morally and ethically support public education?
