When I first found Medium.com, I thought I had found a pearl of great price. Finally, HERE WAS A PLACE where writers who loved creating original content were writing and engaging each other in reflection and conversation. Back then, 2020 as now 2024, it was about writing to make sense of what had been a tumultuous first two decades of my life as a PanAfrican American male Christianity-professing* non-practicing homosexual* born on a day when the US Congress was considering legislation to ship all PanAfrican Americans back to the continent of Africa on cruise ships.
