Since my last in-person students aged 23-24 are now two and or one year out from having earned Certificates of Completion* from Los Angeles Unified School District schools, I often wonder how they / if they / ( if they will in some new-and-improved future navigate this COVID-19/ ECONOMIC MELTDOWN/ POLITICAL MARSALA we are leaving as perhaps, their final formal classroom teachers. Your story is one of many real- life / logical and wholly unfair consequences that illustrates sadly, what barriers-to-independent- living persons the general education 'dominant culture' denies equal access to every day in big and small ways.

I sold my vehicle just months after I had paid it off-- just to make sure I stayed safely housed during the pandemic. But a CA Superior Court Judge named Michael R. Armenian was weirdly angry, rude, and threatening to me upon first site after not making eye contact since multiple virtual court appearances in August, Sept. November, December of 2022 and January and February 2023. For [ 22VEUD00854] In fact, on Jan 26, he was so angry it was scary, as I was sure I had never met him before in my life. And NO ONE AT VAN NUYS COURT HOUSE EAST, OR IN MY FACEBOOK, LINKED IN,OR TWITTER WILL HELP ME FINANCIALLY OR TELL ME WHEN THE COUNTY SHERRIFF WILL ARRIVE. I need help disinfecting from raw sewage spills, doing massive amounts of laundry, and other things, due to my age, 63 and energy. Yet this man, and 100% of staff answering phones can manage to speak civilly once I identify my 'exceptional' abilities. Wow! It is the same way many of my students or their parents reported being treated! Well, I know God’s got my back, so I’ll go on writing and teaching and helping- until I dont.
