UNO- Every homo sapiens is born with a genius brain. From birth, Parents, family members, teachers, and education professionals are tasked to discover how to engage and then grow these ‘genius brains’.

DOS- ANY LEARNER, sometimes with exceptional support, CAN LEARN ANYTHING.

TRES- LEARNING (EDUCATION) TAKES TIME.

CUATRO- THE RULE OF THE 3-LEGGED STOOL IN EDUCATION:

CINCO- A collegial, collaborative, consensus-building relationship between the learner, the learner’s family/guardian(s), etc., and the school (teachers, educational leaders, paraprofessionals, counselors, etc.) is ESSENTIAL FOR EDUCATION AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING.

SEIS- Setting and maintaining high standards is ESSENTIAL. Since learners invariably rise AND OR fall to the level of expectations, it’s best to keep them high.

SIETE- There is a teacher for every learner, BUT NOT EVERY TEACHER CAN TEACH EVERY CHILD.

OCHO- EVERY LEARNER needs an individualized plan for their education. These “IEP’s” must be revised as required.
