You are so so SPOT ON! 💯💯💯. With a Masters degree, Doctoral coursework completed, and training, an internship, and 3 years of service as a BII/ NPA, behavior interventionist/ non-public-agency, I was "nominally" given a Dual District Intern Credential ( that it turns out only has meaning to LAUSD) in SPED-- the IRS transcripts document I was paid $47,000 per annum. UTLA per SCOTUS decision should have provided me union representation without shaving of $2000.00 ( low estimate) in dues, btw. Yes, I qualified for food stamp support. But then, back in the 1992-ff days at Purdue University, all of the working class Doctoral students who were not pink-skinned and were USA birth right citizens could qualify for food stamps, too.
